Perfect location to visit the heart of Madrid. Plaza mayor is just within walking distance. Resturants and cafe's are very near. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The apartment is lovely felt like home ️ The basic kitchen appliances are there.

Great location, quieter street right on the edge of lots of bars and restaurants and only a stones throw from the centre. Welcoming reception and simple check-in. Quiet spacious and spotless room. Easy checkout.

I have visited Madrid several times this being the best place we've stayed.

This is an awesome property well managed by Mr. Giangiacomo. This place is exactly as advertised on your site. Super clean , very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary items and appliances. Property is just steps from Plaza Major and fine restaurants an sites of interest. Mr. Giangiacomo and staff are top notch ! I have already recommended Plaza Mayor Suites and Apartments . It will be my home when in Madrid!!

Very good position close to all amenities. Many restaurants nearby. Close to very good transport as well. Very helpful, nice and very good English speaking staff. Although we only washed and slept, there was a complete kitchenette and effective air conditioner.

super friendly staff and good structure.

they close the entrance doors at night and you need a code to get in. It’s ok because there is someone inside in casa you need assistance, however, I don’t like the idea of waiting outside and typing codes at night when I am travelling alone.

Modern apartment in Madrid city centre

The apartments are in an excellent central location near Plaza Mayor. It was possible to walk to the main tourist sites. There are lots of restaurants & cafes nearby, and a small supermarket around the corner (and a larger one not far away). It is like a cross between a hotel and full self-catering - rooms are cleaned every 3 days with clean towels on that day. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The room had a good-sized under-counter fridge, a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave & a 2-ring hob. There was crockery, cutlery & a few pans supplied. The windows had wooden internal shutters that were good for keeping out noise and light at night. We had a small balcony overlooking a side street (not big enough to sit out on). The narrow street is quiet except for occasional loud voices from passers-by, and has little traffic. I note that previous reviews said guests only had one pillow each - we had two each, so perhaps this has improved due to feedback?

The shower had mould starting to grow around the edges. We only had 3 clothes hangers provided for 2 of us for almost a week - but we asked for more, and they were provided willingly. The storage shelf in the kitchen used for crockery and glasses is very high up, and also made from rounded slats that made placing glasses on it awkward. One of us is very tall, and still found the shelf too high.

We enjoyed our stay in the Plaza Suites. Liked the sense of independence and privacy. Super central.

Excellent location. Lovely staff at reception. The place was very clean, very bright and pleasant with a very comfortable bed and AC. Easy check-in and just round the corner from Plaza Mayor. Accessible and comfortable little kitchen area if you intend to use the facilities.

The furniture is unnecessarily bulky for the room size and a little uncomfortably placed. Other than this all was fine.

Quiet street just few minutes form Plaza major. Room had everything you need for short satay. Staff extremely helpful. all in all great place to stay and visit madrid.

Great location. Value for a short stay.

The location of the property is ideal to get around to most restaurants and sight-seeing points. The place is well lit, good sized, with good beds.

You get the place cleaned once in two or three days. when we arrived, the floor was dusty and the shower room wasn’t clean. We requested that it be cleaned and the staff offered to do it for ‘free’. BYO coffee pods. The kitchen is equipped with vessels and appliances. With so many cafes and restaurants around you, you probably don’t need the kitchen.

Great location for a stay in Madrid

This is the third time Ive stayed here, it is about three minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor. The rooms are very nice with fridge cooking facilities etc. and very bright with large windows. It is also close to a few metro stations. It is a great base for Madrid. The reception desk man is very nice and helpful. You can also leave your cases if you get there early for your room. At the last apartmet we stayed in we got there at 11 and you could not leave your cases as it was all automatic to gain entry and you diddn't get the code till 15:00 so a bit of a pain. Will stay here again

Excellent location. would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location adjacent to Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars within a few minutes walk. Apartment had kitchenette with everything you need. Small supermarket around corner. 10 minutes walk to Metro, 2-3 minute walk to various buses. 20 minute walk to Prada Museum. Hop on/ Hop off bus stop about 5 mins walk away.
